每个国家委员会和国际委员会指派5名具有投票权的代表，地区联盟3名代表、附属组织2名代表
Each National Committee or International Committee can appoint 5 voting representatives, Regional Alliance 3 representatives, and Affiliated Organization 2 representatives.

全体会员代表通过投票设立章程、采纳战略规划、选举包括国际博协主席在内的执行委员会成员等
It adopts the statutes, approves the strategic plan, and elects the members of the Executive Board, including the President of ICOM, through voting by member representatives.

由全体大会选举产生1名主席、2名副主席、1名司库、5-11名普通委员，咨询委员会主席为当然委员
1 President, 2 Vice-President, 1 Treasure, and 5-11 Ordinary Members are elected by GA. The Chair of Advisory Council is the Ex-officio

实施由全体大会采纳的各项决策，监管国际博协的财务、人员等各项资源，维护组织的国际声誉，指引秘书处工作方向
Its responsibility is to implement the strategies and decisions identified by the GA. It oversees ICOM's various resources (financial, human, intellectual and technical) and their development. It protects ICOM's reputation, international esteem and public regard and provides direction to the Secretariat.

就政策、程序、项目、财政等事宜为执行委员会和全体大会提供建议
It advises the EB and the GA, in the form of recommendations on matters concerning the policies, programmes, procedures and finances of ICOM.
