Call for Papers: ICOM CIMUSET 2026 Conference

The 53rd CIMUSET Conference will be held in León, Mexico from September 28 to October 2, 2026, themed Science and Technology Museums as Spaces of Hope: Connecting Communities, Knowledges, and Futures. It gathers professionals to discuss how science and technology museums address social challenges and build a promising future.

ICMAH 2026 Annual Conference will take place in Zadar, Croatia from October 28 to 30, with the theme “Exploring the Depths – The Inspirational Journey of Maritime Archaeology” Preserving the Underwater Cultural Heritage Collection within History and Archaeological Museums.

Founded in 1968, the International Committee for the History of Technology (ICOHTEC) will host its 53rd Annual Meeting in Alexandroupolis, Greece from October 8 to 11, 2026. Titled Engaging the History of Technology: Bridging Disciplines and Perspectives for Global Challenges, the event covers museum practices, tangible and intangible heritage, public engagement and other interdisciplinary topics.

AAM Releases 2026 TrendsWatch Report

The American Alliance of Museums (AAM) has unveiled its 2026 TrendsWatch forecast report in Museum magazine.
