经过超过四年的全球对话与咨询，《国际博物馆协会博物馆职业道德准则》修订工作取得重要进展：

• 过程回顾：自2020年起，国际博协伦理道德常设委员会遵循既定时间表，开展了四轮会员咨询、调研、草案评审，并与国家委员会、国际委员会、区域联盟及附属组织深度交流；累计举办75场网络研讨会，广泛吸纳会员意见。

• 当前进展：已完成草案法语、西班牙语译本的审阅，确保与英文版本一致；国际博协秘书处正推进最终版的编辑工作，将推出国际博协三种官方语言版本的准则。

• 下一步计划：修订版准则将于 2026年5月7日 通过国际博协AGORA平台向会员开放，并于6月提交至全体大会投票。

近日，国际博协美术馆委员会（ICFA）宣布其2026年年会将于11月24日至25日在加拿大多伦多市的阿迦汗博物馆（Aga Khan Museum）举办。延续其去年在迪拜召开会议的主题，ICFA将继续围绕全球各地不同文化中对于美术的定义进行探讨。

ICOM Code of Ethics for Museums: Key Revision Phases Completed

After over four years of global consultations and exchanges, the revision of the ICOM Code of Ethics for Museums has reached a major milestone.

Since 2020, the ICOM Ethics Committee has conducted four rounds of member consultations, surveys and draft reviews, and held 75 webinars to collect feedback from national committees, international committees, regional alliances and affiliated organizations.

Reviews of the French and Spanish translations have been finished to align with the English original. The ICOM Secretariat is finalizing the document, which will be released in ICOM’s three official languages.

The revised Code will be available to members via the ICOM AGORA platform on May 7, 2026, and submitted for vote at the General Assembly in June.

ICOM International Committee for Museums and Collections of Fine Arts Announces Annual Conference

The 2026 Annual Conference of ICOM International Committee for Museums and Collections of Fine Arts (ICFA) will take place on November 24–25 at the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto, Canada. Following the theme of last year’s Dubai conference, discussions will focus on definitions of fine arts across diverse global cultures. Detailed schedules, call for papers and funding information will be released soon.

2026 CIMUSET Award Opens for Nominations

The CIMUSET Award is presented annually to recognize forward-looking and innovative projects of science and technology museums. It encourages such institutions to break conventional practices, fulfill social responsibilities and address current challenges. Eligible projects cover sustainability, digital transformation, accessibility, inclusion and other relevant fields.

Nominations are now open to museums and professionals worldwide. The deadline is May 31, 2026.
